Welcome to the March edition of the MB Sports Academy newsletter! As the calendar turns and the Florida sun begins to warm up the fields, we find ourselves at a pivotal moment in our athletic year. March isn't just another month; itās the bridge between the foundational work of winter and the high-energy breakthroughs of spring.
At MB Sports Academy, our mission has always been to provide a professional, holistic environment where young athletes can thrive. This past February was a testament to that mission, filled with "lightbulb moments" in the classroom, grit on the flag football field, and strategic expansion into new sports territories. Looking ahead to March and beyond, the schedule is packed with elite clinics, new league launches, and opportunities for every athlete to find their edge.
āŖ February Rewind: Building More Than Just Athletes
February was a month of significant milestones for the Academy. We believe that athletic development doesn't stop at the sidelines, and our activities last month reflected our commitment to the "whole athlete."
A Deep Dive into Sports Management at UCF

One of the highlights of the month was our field trip to the University of Central Florida (UCF). We took a group of our students for an inside look at the world of sports management. Itās one thing to play the game; itās another to understand the massive industry that supports it. Our students met with professionals who handle everything from facility operations to sports marketing. This trip was designed to show our athletes that their passion for sports can translate into a lifelong career, even if they aren't wearing a jersey.
MLS GO Official Approval
We are thrilled to announce that MB Sports Academy has been officially approved and is now onboarding for the MLS GO youth soccer program. This is a massive step forward for our soccer department. MLS GO is designed to provide a fun, inclusive, and local soccer experience while connecting players to the professional pathway of Major League Soccer. We are currently in the onboarding phase and will have more details on registration and kick-off dates very soon.
