About

Beth Tash
Beth Tash (Fidler) is a passionate leader, accomplished golfer, veterinary practice manager, and youth mentor whose life has been defined by perseverance, determination, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
Beth’s love for golf began at the age of 7, and it quickly became much more than a hobby—it became a passion. Throughout her junior golf career, she competed in elite youth tournaments across the country and earned a Top 25 national ranking in 1999, establishing herself as one of the nation’s premier junior golfers.
During high school, Beth chose to compete against the boys, embracing the challenge at a time when opportunities for girls in golf were far more limited. Rather than taking the easier path, she proved that talent, determination, and hard work could compete with anyone. Her fearless approach earned the respect of fellow competitors and helped shape the resilient leader she is today.
Known for her powerful swing, Beth also became recognized as one of the long-ball hitters in junior golf, demonstrating that strength, confidence, and precision could go hand in hand. Whether competing in state events or national tournaments, she built a reputation for never backing down from a challenge and always competing with heart.
Following her competitive career, Beth turned her passion into a profession with Edwin Watts Golf, where she worked as a club fitter, instructor, and manager, helping golfers of every skill level improve their game through proper equipment fitting and instruction.
Today, Beth continues to give back to the sport by coaching with First Tee – Central Florida and mentoring young golfers through junior golf and girls’ golf programs. She believes golf is about far more than scores—it teaches integrity, confidence, discipline, resilience, and leadership. Her mission is to create more opportunities for youth, especially girls, to experience the life-changing benefits of the game.
Professionally, Beth serves as the Practice Manager for Maitland Animal Hospital, part of the Orlando Vets family, where she leads hospital operations, marketing, community outreach, and team development. Her leadership focuses on building strong teams, creating meaningful community partnerships, and delivering exceptional experiences for clients and patients.
Whether on the golf course, in the veterinary profession, or serving her community, Beth leads with purpose and passion.
