Section 1: Fall Flag Football Is Underway (Clermont)

Our Clermont Girls Flag Football League opened its Fall 2026 season on Friday, September 25 at Palatlakaha Park, and it was a blast.

Three teams (Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Tampa Bay) are competing in a 6-game regular season on Friday nights, followed by playoffs and the championship. The season is giving local athletes a positive, competitive environment to build confidence, communication and football fundamentals while learning the value of teamwork.

Thank you to our league sponsors: Track Shack Youth Foundation and Addictive Beauty School Orlando, who provided swag bags for every player. Thank you as well to our DJ and our officials for helping make opening night special.

Game nights: Friday, October 2 and Friday, October 9 Practice: 5:30–6:00 PM Games: 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00 PM Playoffs and championship: Friday, October 16

Section 2: First Family Youth Golf Tournament a Success

On September 20 we hosted our very first Family Youth Golf Tournament at Forest Lake Golf Club. Families played a 9-hole parent-and-child best-ball scramble (kids from the red tees, adults from the white tees) and we closed the day with food and awards outside under the covered area.

The event brought families together for a day of friendly competition, encouragement and connection. It reflected what we value at MB Sports Academy: helping young athletes develop skills while building meaningful relationships with their families and community.

Thank you to every family who played, and to Coach Beth Tash and the team at Forest Lake Golf Club for making the day run smoothly. We are grateful for everyone who helped make this first tournament a success.

Section 5, Academics: ACT Prep and Tutoring

Student-athletes work toward stronger academic preparation while continuing to pursue their athletic goals. Contact us to reserve a spot for the December and spring test dates.

Section 6, Mentorship Huddle

The Mentorship Huddle teaches student-athletes how to face adversity, success and the decisions of life through sport.

Small-group and one-on-one sessions focus on character, integrity, leadership and resilience. Through guided conversations and practical lessons, athletes learn how the habits developed through sports can help them in school, relationships and future opportunities.

Our after-school program continues to develop, pairing rotating sports, mentorship, academics and Esports for students at UCP schools and partner campuses.

Staffing follows our 1:15 to 1:20 supervision ratio with Level 2 background-checked staff. The program is designed to give students a structured, welcoming environment where they can stay active, receive support and continue learning after the school day ends.
