Training Methodology
At MB Sports Academy, we utilize a professional-grade curriculum designed to build elite technical skills while fostering a deep love for the game. Our training focuses on the key pillars of modern soccer development.
Ages 6-8: Discovery
- Fundamental first touch and ball control exercises
- Fun-based passing drills for spatial awareness
- Building physical coordination and balance

Ages 9-11: Development
- Refining technical passing and movement off the ball
- Introduction to tactical decision-making in play

MLS GO Rec League Details
Join Central Florida’s official recreational soccer league. Games are held every Saturday, offering a structured environment where fun meets professional standards for player development.

- Practice Days: Thursdays 5-6:30pm & 6:30-8pm

Head Coach
Our licensed Head Coaches lead with a balance of technical expertise and positive encouragement. They define the tactical standards while ensuring every player feels seen and valued.
Assistant Coach
Assistant Coaches focus on small-group dynamics and skill refinement. They utilize licensed techniques to provide personalized feedback and keep the energy high during every MLS GO session.
Goalkeeper Coach
Specialized licensed mentors who build confidence between the posts. They teach goalkeeper fundamentals with a positive coaching approach that empowers our keepers to lead from the back.
